Join us for a fun and empowering strength training session led by our special guest

—a certified personal trainer who's excited to give back to our club!
All proceeds go toward supporting the club!

Who: Moms, sisters, aunties — all ladies welcome!
Cost:
• $5 per club athlete
• $10 per guest
Waivers must be signed on the day of the event.
